Matt Croswell

Matt Croswell is a First Vice President within our Retail Services Group where he specializes in both tenant representation and project leasing. Matt works closely with fellow team members Scott Young, Ashley Young, Jake Vorkapich, and Taylor Croswell on transactions throughout Michigan. Their team has been the top producing retail brokerage team in the Detroit Office as well as one of the top performing retail brokerage teams throughout the Midwest. Matt has partnered with numerous high-profile retail clients and property owners on real estate requirements and needs across the state of Michigan. He has completed over 500 transactions totaling over $600 million in value across North America. Matt has extensive tenant rep experience where he assisted in the initial rollout of numerous concepts including Crumbl Cookies, Mister Car Wash, PXG and Scooters Coffee. His other clients include Athletico, Charles Schwab, Comerica, Huntington Bank, Kroger, Primrose, Salon Centric, Slim Chickens, Target, Trek and Walmart. Matt started his career in commercial real estate at CBRE as a research analyst in 2009. He is an active ICSC member and has been selected as a Costar Retail Power Broker.
