Matilde Aguirre

Born in Cuba, Matilde came to the United States via the Pedro Pan program at the age of nine. She finished her high school education at Miami Beach High. Upon graduation from Florida International University she worked at Price Waterhouse & Co. as staff accountant and later on had her own practice as a CPA for 10 years. Matilde started as a full-time realtor in 1997. She ranks among the top 1/2 of 1% of realtors nationwide. She also held the public positions of councilwoman and mayor of a municipality in Miami Dade County.
