In his most recent position, Mr. Salter was a Vice President of the Franklin Templeton Institutional Group where he was responsible for managing Institutional client relationships across the Western region of the United States. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2017, Mr. Salter worked at Cisco Systems where he served as the lead Portfolio Manager responsible for managing Cisco's $70 billion corporate cash portfolio and advised Cisco's retirement plans around the world. Before Cisco, Mr. Salter was an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities where he executed mergers & acquisitions, debt, and equity financings for Technology companies. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder
