Massimo has been involved in leasing and new developments at Casto since 2008. Graduating from the University of South Florida in 2005 earning a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Massimo (Max) has been involved in real estate acquisitions and development since 2002. Max is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2006 and American Society of Civil Engineers since 2004. Max’s specialty is site selection & evaluation, project feasibility analysis, property management, contract negotiations, coordinate consulting team, project budgeting, governmental approvals, construction coordination, and project review & turnover. Max prides himself on offering reliable service and long-term relationship with our clients, partners and work team.
