Mary Jo was born and raised in Granville County and has lived here almost all her life. She was a small business owner here for many years before becoming involved in real estate development. She is proud to say that she was the developer behind one of the first subdivisions here in Southern Granville County and that development sparked the growth in Southern Granville County that continues today. Mary Jo is extremely active in this community and absolutely loves introducing newcomers to all that they have to offer. There are many large attractions nearby such as Kerr, Falls and Creedmoor Lakes, but she also recommends the smaller places such as the Granville County Museum in Oxford, Cedar Creek Pottery and do not miss the many great community Festivals.
