Mary Jo Brockshus

Serving Northern Colorado Mary Jo Brockshus brings strong communication and listening skills to the table for her clients. Licensed since 2007 she continually stands out among the piers in her market and is the recipient of the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. Her experience within Commercial Brokerage includes leasing and sales of retail, office, land and industrial products. She has works with start up businesses showing her clients how to navigate through the Business Plan process and understanding how the leasing process works. She is well respected within the Northern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association and known for her integrity and honesty. Her community involvement as Greeley Chamber Ambassadors, a Kiwanian and as Board Chair for the non-profit Connection for Independent Living shows she believes in giving back to the community that has help her be successful. In her spare time, she enjoys raising and showing Tibetan Yaks with her husband Brad.
