With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Mary has been an esteemed member of the Optima team for many years. She specializes in the marketing and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and flex properties throughout Southern California. Mary and her team have developed a comprehensive approach utilizing the latest digital strategies alongside traditionally effective methods to attract quality tenants for available space with immediate occupancy needs. Her keen attention to detail and refined negation skills have been proven to result in win/win solutions for both the tenant and landlord alike. Mary is responsible for generating leasing leads while also serving as the main point of contact for Optima’s real estate brokerage service activities which include: listing and marketing of commercial and investment properties, retention leveraging, leasing details, various marketing needs, and consulting services. Her innate ability to multi-task coupled with her organizational skills provides her with the ability to maximize the dynamic array of support she provides to the Optima team. Prior to her tenure with Optima, Mary spent time as a Senior Account Executive with American Plastics, where she developed, managed, and maintained over 650 accounts. She consistently ranked among the top 5 sales representatives with the company and was promoted within her first year to Sales Manager.
