When you meet Ms. Blaser, you are immediately taken with her positive energy and enthusiasm. Her customers call her “hard-working” and very service-oriented. Ms. Blaser has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley where she has handled over 1000 lease transactions in her career. Her knowledge and expertise have served clients in a variety of ways, including her role as Vice President of Marketing at ProLogis, the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities. Ms. Blaser was with ProLogis for fifteen years. Additionally, she spent several years as a District Manager for RREEF Management Company (Deutsche Bank), where she was responsible for overseeing the leasing, operations and property management of portfolios ranging from 1.5 to 4 million square feet in the Bay Area. Ms. Blaser’s background has allowed her to successfully manage the deal process through her knowledge of operating expenses, budgeting, and tenant improvement construction. She can assist both tenants and landlords in managing their expectations and meeting the needs of both parties. Ms. Blaser has represented clients on behalf of landlords such as Sony Electronics, Inc., Covad Communications Group, Ceitronics, Lockeed Martin, Finelite, Inc., Satellite Health Care, Alom Technologies, BD Biosciences, Nitto Denko America, Inc., Matsushita Kotobuki Electronics, and Konica Minolta Technology USA, Inc, to name a few. Education Ms. Blaser graduated from Santa Clara University and holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and Marketing. She has been a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson since 1989.
