Mary Beth has served as past President of the Rockingham County Realtor association, received the Elmo Hopkins Ethics award, along with Realtor of the Year, and Realtor of Distinction. The true love for her local community has kept her involved in many organizations that strive to improve not just the real estate market, but the community in which she lives. She has recognized the constant need for further education in this ever changing industry by pursuing the GRI, CRS, SRS, and ASP designations (Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Staging Professional). Her GRI and CRS designations have allowed her to take what she has to offer as your realtor to the next level, while the staging designation helps her sellers have more of a competitive edge on the market than ever before!
