Marvin Larbi-Yeboa

Mr. Larbi-Yeboa joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Partner and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Larbi-Yeboa was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of J.P. Morgan, where he co-led Technology M&A. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Barclays Capital / Lehman Brothers. He was also formerly a Principal at Mubadala Investment Company, a sovereign wealth fund, where he was responsible for investment opportunities in technology. Mr. Larbi-Yeboa began his career as a software engineer at Nortel Networks and has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Mr. Larbi-Yeboa earned an M.B.A from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated Highest Honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
