Marvin's interest in real estate was launched while working as a senior-level manager in the land development industry employed by many civil engineering firms throughout the MD, DC, and VA metropolitan area. Eventually he opened my own land development firm employing civil engineers, land planners, and administrative staff. After selling his land development firm, he embarked upon a new home sales career with two separate national home builders, receiving numerous awards. And now with the NAI Michael firm, Marvin wants to bring his decades long experience to assist in the economics of the community, the state, and the nation.
