Before founding Westvale, Marty spent decades in the San Francisco Bay Area providing brokerage and management services with JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and as a co-owner of the regional full-service commercial real estate company, Alhouse Deaton. He led asset repositioning strategies, managed regional teams, and developed operational frameworks that continue to define best practices in the industry. Marty established Westvale to serve families, fiduciaries, and trusts that value strategic real estate guidance delivered with professionalism, discretion, and care.
