Marty McLaughlin

Marty joins Park Commercial with 20 years of experience in many areas of commercial and industrial real estate. His vast experience includes land acquisition/disposition, landlord/tenant relations and negotiating leases. His recent position as Corporate Development Manager with Adams Outdoor required his representation and expertise in all legal matters, rezoning, variances and legislative affairs. During his 15 year career with Adams, Marty held significant leadership roles including a two term Presidency of the North Carolina Outdoor Advertising Association (NCOAA). Marty's extensive background and knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate makes him an asset to both Whiteside Industrial Properties and his clients. Marty holds a BS in Business Administration/Management from West Chester University, West Chester, PA.
