Marty Koon

Marty is a 1984 honor graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant, formerly with Arthur Anderson and Company in Charlotte, North Carolina and with a Shopping Center Developer in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. His responsibilities include overall management of the company, contract negotiations with general contractors and anchor tenants, and arranging construction and permanent financing for all projects. Marty is a principal and founder of the company.
