Marty Dowd is a senior broker for the Syracuse office of CBRE, beginning his association in early 2009. A resident of Jamesville, NY, Marty has worked full-time in commercial real estate for over 40 years, including positions with The Beacon Companies of Boston, MA; National Site Selectors of Fayetteville; and The Pioneer Companies of Syracuse. With The Beacon Companies, Marty was a leasing representative and was responsible for premier office assets located in Wellesley, Boston, Worcester, Washington D.C., as well as Syracuse. While with National Site Selectors, Marty represented retailers seeking new locations, including the Salvation Army, for whom he placed in over 30 locations throughout New England, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western states. With The Pioneer Companies, Marty's primary responsibilities including leasing representation for office and retail properties located throughout Central New York.
