Martin has been working in the field of corporate real estate for 25 years now. He is a seasoned negotiator, and knows how to effectively protect the interests of customers throughout the lease negotiation process. Using market knowledge and experience during negotiations, Martin seized each opportunity to optimize the service rendered to his customers. Martin began his career with consultation mandates with the Quebec Real Estate Company (SIQ) as well as Public Works Canada (TPSGC). Subsequently, he refined his experience in real estate management to the Immobilière du Patrimoine Architectural de Montréal (SIMPA) and for the real estate company Métivier et Associés. This is when his passion for negotiating and rental of buildings begins. He is hired by the real estate arm of the Quebec Caisse de Dépôt et de Québec, SITQ (now Ivanhoé Cambridge) where for more than 8 years, he was successively responsible for the portfolio of industrial buildings, offices and rental director for all suburban buildings. Following the sale of these assets of which he was actively involved, Martin was offered the position of rental director for the prestigious place Ville-Marie.
