Martin Slusser
Industry veteran with history at Trammell Crow Company where he acquired and developed 22 projects valued at over $350 million.
Prior to co-founding Magellan, Mr. Slusser was a Division Partner in the Los Angeles office of the Trammell Crow Company where he acquired and developed 22 projects valued at over $350 million, negotiated 200 leases and managed the Asset and Property Management Groups responsible for 13 million SF of space. As a leasing agent, he leased 3 million SF of industrial space and received the top-leasing award in the company three years in a row. Prior to working for the Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Slusser was employed in the real estate finance group at Morgan Stanley in New York as well as for the Newhall Land & Farming Company in Newhall, California. Mr. Slusser received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB degree from Stanford University. He is currently a member of the Stanford University President's Fund.
