Martin Nguyen is a Principal at Centre Urban Real Estate, overseeing all aspects related to project finance, underwriting, and investment. Working in both Los Angeles and New York City, Mr. Nguyen has accumulated over $3.0 billion worth of finance and underwriting experience through his career. While pursuing graduate studies at USC, he was recognized with Honors for Outstanding Performance in both Finance and Design for his Comprehensive Exam and is one of the youngest-ever graduates of the distinguished MRED program.
