Martha is LM’s Senior Vice President with more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Her impressive career has provided extensive experience across all asset classes including: Industrial, Office, Retail, and Investment properties. Her expertise and dedication to her clients has earned the confidence of institutional owners of real estate, such as banks and capital companies as well as high-profile private investors. Martha’s commitment is to safeguard her client’s needs and maintain their best interests at all times. Before joining LM Commercial in 2012, Martha was a Principal at Gem Commercial Real Estate Naperville, served as the VP/Director of Real Estate at Randolph Partners in Chicago, as well as VP of Leasing for Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC (previously Tanguay-Burke-Stratton, LLC) in Oak Brook where she focused primarily on retail leasing for grocery anchored and power centers. She also worked for DevCom in Naperville, a retail/office real estate company. Throughout her successful career, Martha has leased over 2.1 million square feet of retail space and sold $40 million in real estate assets. Martha works directly with Institutional owners of real estate such as banks and capital companies as well as working with high-profile private investors in all facets of commercial real estate assets.
