Martha Austin-White

Martha Austin-White brings nearly two decades of experience in the practice of psychotherapy. She holds an MSSW degree from The University of Tennessee and is licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Clinical Social Worker. She specializes in providing psychotherapeutic services to adult and adolescent individuals, couples, families and groups. Martha offers expertise in treating issues such as anxiety, depression, marital/relationship concerns, divorce adjustment and grief/loss. She has presented workshops throughout the region on each of these topics as well as on domestic violence, parenting, and stress management. Prior to joining Heritage Medical Associates in 2006 she worked in a variety of settings including private practice, an outpatient counseling center, the hospital setting and providing groups in the school setting.
