Marshall Bumpus
Established in 2018, Wellspring Commercial Real Estate was started by Marshall C. Bumpus after spending over five and a half years in the Houston commercial real estate brokerage community. Marshall graduated from Baylor University where he received his BBA - Finance, competed on the Baylor University Cycling Team, and was a member of Phi Kappa Chi Fraternity. He grew up in a small north central Texas town called Mineral Wells, and enjoys hunting (dove, quail, pheasant, deer, and varmints) with his American Brittany, Penny, playing guitar, and woodworking in his free time. Indicative of his passion for hunting/wingshooting, Marshall won first place in the Marksman Flight of the 2014 ICSC Texas Shootout Sporting Clay Tournament in Dallas. He then followed up that performance with winning first place overall at the 2020 ICSC Texas Shootout Sporting Clay Tournament. Marshall is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texas Dove Hunters Association, Quail/Pheasants Forever, and is a HRBC Advisory Board Member.
