Marsha Cooper

Before joining VERUS Commercial, Marsha was a banking professional for about 30 years as a Commercial Lender. She specialized in the healthcare industry, specifically the dental and veterinary fields. Marsha’s final position before retiring from banking was in sales as a Business Banker. During her banking career she gained extensive knowledge in commercial real estate properties. After a year into retirement, Marsha decided to venture into Commercial Real Estate where she can apply her banking experience as an added benefit to clients. Marsha graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance. Marsha enjoys the various professional sports teams in DFW. Since she is such a “Techsan,” she has become a “Mahomie” and avid Kansas City Chiefs fanatic as well as a Fantasy FB player with her son. (They actually won their league this season!!!) Marsha and her family also enjoy outdoor adventure vacations and have gone on a few African safaris and fishing expeditions.
