Marlon Deausen
Founder and broker of Deausen Realty and Deausen Enterprises, Inc. is a Filipino native who became a Maryland Resident in March of 1981. He studied accounting at Colegio de San Juan De Letran and electrical engineering at Feati University. He applied his engineering degree and worked as a plant engineer at Montgomery General Hospital for 5 years and worked as a part-time realtor the last 2 years. He became a full-time realtor in 1988 with Elite Properties/Tara Realty. In 1990 he formed his very first company, Deausen Enterprises, Inc., and in 1991 he joined Re/Max Masters/Pros in Kensington, MD where he became their top producer the year after. He has received multiple awards for platinum and chairman and the most prestigious Diamond Club Award. He received Hall of Fame and the Lifetime Achievement Award from Re/Max before forming his second company, Deausen Realty, in 2006. Marlon's work ethic, patience, professionalism, passion, and integrity make him one of the top producers in the nation. He will protect you as a client in the process from start to finish and will ensure as smooth of a ride as possible. Marlon loves meeting his clients, forming a trusting relationship with them, and helping them find their dream home. He is enthusiastic to have two of his children part of the family business, CJ Deausen, a full-time realtor of 10+ years, and Charina Dausen, a part-time realtor since April 2018. Marlon loves to cook, crack jokes, dance, and spend time with his family and friends in his free time. ?
