Marley Welsh is Principal at Lee and Associates, Chesapeake Region and focuses on Flex/Industrial/Office Leasing and Sales. Marley joined Lee & Associates in 2013 when their Maryland doors opened as an Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate soon after, elevated to Vice President in 2021, and most recently to Principal. She has more than eleven years of diversified commercial real estate experience. Marley represents landlords, investment entities, institutional owners, and tenants in their efforts to lease, sell, acquire, sublease, expand or renew commercial real estate. She works with ownership and tenant clientele to provide feasible solutions for their real estate needs throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Her clientele includes both local and national tenants and owners.
