I work hard and diligent for the best interest of me clients to achieve their needs as buyers, sellers, investors, and/or developers.<br />In addition to working with sellers and buyers my past experience has been in selling short sales and REOs. I works to achieve a lifelong relationship with all my clients, and the percentage of my return past clients and referrals can attest to that. I work hard to earn the trust and respect of me peers and fellow Realtors in my industry. I believe in personalized service from start to finish. Quality is more important than quantity.<br /><br />I am always working to further educate myself and maintain the knowledge of the ever changing industry. Recent trainings consist of: Bank of America REO training, Training on HAFA and HAMP, Short Sale Certification, HAFA Certification, Titanium HRC Certification and Titanium Inspection Certification and various real estate continuing courses.
