Mark Timmins

Mark E. Timmins, J.D. joined Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors in March of 2019. Mark carries five years of industry experience and seven years of legal education and experience into the world of commercial real estate. His focus on office, industrial, retail, and multi-family investments combined with his legal credentials provides a strong understanding for contracts, negotiations, and business development. Born and raised in the Des Moines area, Mark gained a competitive spirit by being raised alongside three siblings. After earning a B.A in History at the University of Iowa, he continued his education by attending Ave Maria School of Law in southern Florida. Mark utilizes his understanding research and due diligence. His outstanding record of advocacy paired with integrity and market knowledge helps him achieve goals for his clients.
