Mark Thygesen

Mark began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 – specializing in investment sales of retail centers, single tenant net least properties, and land sales across the Pacific Northwest. Mark has successfully closed over $800 million in transactions, serving as a trusted advisor and facilitator for both private and institutional investors, as well as developers. Building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his clients is something Mark is passionate about. He is actively involved in the brokerage and real estate community and has held volunteer roles within ICSC and is currently a board member of the Commercial Brokers Association. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Mark was named Top Sales Broker by CoStar in 2023. Mark received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in the Department of Economics. A native to the Puget Sound area, Mark resides in Seattle with his wife, Erin, and his two sons, Joe and Charlie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active by playing soccer, hiking, running, and walking his dog, Ruthie.
