Mark Terpstra

Mark Terpstra brings 24 years of real estate experience to Caldwell Companies’ Land Services team. His extensive knowledge of the Greater Houston market encompasses utility, drainage, and development issues as well as current land values and trends. Throughout his career he’s applied his knowledge to exceed client expectations and offer unsurpassed customer service. Terpstra plays a key role in assisting clients with site selection, acquisitions, development issues, investment strategies, and dispositions to maximize value. Terpstra is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County (CREAM), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Mark graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Finance. He earned his Texas real estate license in 1994 and his brokerage license in 1997 from Champions School of Real Estate. Outside of work, Mark enjoys being a husband, and father to his 3 boys. They enjoy travel and the outdoors, between sports.
