Mark Swartz

Since starting with the company in 2001, Mark has directly overseen the development of nearly 5,000 residential building lots and 400,000 square feet of commercial space, along with implementation of the infrastructure required in the development of thousands of acres of land. Notable projects approved in the Charlotte MSA include Moss Creek, Park South Station, Harrisburg Town Center and Cannon Run. Mark graduated in 1998 with a B.A. from Lehigh University. He continued on at Lehigh University to earn a Masters in Education in 2000. After graduate school, Mark was hired by Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) to be Project Leader of a team specializing in investigating, improving and implementing better trade practices to increase retail performance in Fortune 500 companies.
