Mark Sondock

Mark Sondock is the co-founder and managing partner of lronbridge Realty Partners, a privately held real estate services and investment company primarily focused on retail. lronbridge's retail service business includes project leasing, property management on behalf of institutional and privately held owners of retail assets, as well as actively representing regional and local tenants in their retail space needs. Development and investment activities are focused on ground-up development and re-development of existing shopping centers with various local and and institutional capital partners. Prior to lronbridge, Mark was the Director of Retail and co-founding member of the retail division for Stream Realty Partners. During his tenure, the retail group grew to twelve members, leased upwards of 5 million square feet of institutional quality shopping centers and became the premier service provider in Houston. They also grew their principal business developing and acquiring more than 1 million square feet. Preceding joining Stream, Mark was among the top producers at NewQuest Properties, where his emphasis included tenant representation, leasing grocery-anchored centers, regional power centers, and strip centers for institutional, regional and private owners. Mark began his retail real estate career at Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for project leasing and tenant representation. Mark's clients list includes, L & B, Invesco, RPAI, North American Development Group, Inland, Prime Group, Edifis Group, Capcor Partners, Comerica Bank, Murphy USA and Sprint to name a few.
