Mark is a founding member of the KLM Retail Out of Town Retail & Leisure team.
Mark is a founding member of the KLM Retail Out of Town Retail & Leisure team and previously headed up the Restaurant & Leisure Group at JLL. Focusing predominantly on investment, he has conducted over £1.4 billion of capital market transactions in the past 3 years, including over £400m of sale and leasebacks for occupier clients. Mark’s key clients include, Land Securities, TH Real Estate, LaSalle Investment Management and JP Morgan; developer clients, Fintry Estates, Urban & Civic and Kier; and occupier clients Wyevale, Odeon and VUE. Mark is a Member of the RICS, Accessible Retail and Revo and sits on the Leisure Property Forum Committee. He is also a committee member of the RICS Rugby Club and the Surveyors Sevens. Mark lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and two children and outside of work enjoys all sports, particularly rugby and endurance events.
