Mark Sinnett is a Principal, Executive Vice President, and Head of Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. Leading a team of dedicated capital markets professionals, he is responsible for the origination and execution of major investment transactions across Québec, providing acquisition and disposition services for commercial/retail, industrial, multifamily, and office investments. Prior to joining Avison Young in March of 2023, Mr. Sinnett cumulated over 20 years’ experience, first at CBRE, then at JLL. Since 2017, he has closed over $5 billion in investment transactions in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and office space and represented both private investors and major financial and real estate institutions locally and nationally. He is consistently ranked as one of the top producers across Canada and runs one of the largest and best-performing Capital Markets group in the country.
