Mark Silverman is an expert in the moving and storage industry, with more than four decades in the business, who has pioneered a customer-focused philosophy of providing versatile storage solutions with highly flexible terms. Mark is President and CEO of Mark’s Moving & Storage, a company he founded in 1979 while attending Northeastern University. What began as a small venture called “One Man and a Van” grew into a full-service moving and storage business serving communities across Massachusetts and beyond. Silverman started the business to pay for college tuition, initially helping fellow students move between semesters. As demand expanded off-campus, he shifted his focus entirely to growing the company. Mark's philosophy is centered on guaranteeing 100 percent customer satisfaction, which remains the foundation of the business today. Nearly 45 years later, Silverman continues to lead Mark’s Moving & Storage with a commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and helping people during life’s transitions.
