Mark Shenouda

Mark graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Civil Engineering. Mark has a vast knowledge of all facets of real estate development and entitlements and has directed a full range of land development services throughout his career. In the late 1980’s, Mark worked for the Investment Properties Group at The Irvine Company in project management for the development of the Irvine Spectrum Center. Mark has been responsible for a full range of development services as a consultant for Home Depot, which included front-end development and entitlements for over 4 million square feet throughout the western region. He managed to complete the development process for over 30 Home Depot stores as well as surplus properties. Mark has formed relationships and completed transactions with numerous prominent retailers including Home Depot, Ikea, Target Stores and Tesco’s Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market. He has been involved in the leasing and development of numerous neighborhood and power shopping centers. Mark lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Shannon, and their two children.
