Mark Shay

I am a realtor with a specialty in helping people find vacation rental homes in the Poconos. I own and operate one vacation rental near Blue Mountain Ski Resort and use that experience to guide my clients who seek short-term rentals as business opportunities for listings on AirBnB, VRBO and Direct Booking platforms. I am co-founder of Poconos Association of Vacation Rental Owners, a rental alliance that serves as the voice of the STR Industry in the Poconos. I have built a team with three additional realtors (staff) so we can better serve our clients working out of an office adjacent to the Keller-WIlliams center in Albrightsville.
