Mark Segalla

Mark Segalla is Associate Director of Brokerage at JRE, where he focuses on investment sales and multifamily transactions across the Gulf South. With over $100 million in closed transaction volume in recent years, Mark brings strong market knowledge, valuation expertise and a data-driven approach to every deal. He works with a wide range of clients including private investors, institutional owners, and lenders. He helps to identify opportunities, structure transactions and build long-term real estate portfolios. Known for his responsiveness, transparency and commitment to execution, Mark prides himself on earning trust and delivering results. Mark has been the lead speaker for the multifamily division at the GBRAR Baton Rouge Trends Conference for the last 2 years. Through extensive market research for this speech, he has compiled rental, sale, and new development multifamily data over the past few years which greatly assist in his everyday work with his clients. Mark is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University. He is an active member on the A.C. Lewis YMCA Board of directors. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Shelby, and enjoys golf, LSU sports, and traveling.
