Mark Schlag

Mark began his commercial real estate career in Boise nearly 30 years ago and has worked throughout Idaho and the Intermountain West. His primary areas of expertise have included retail landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, development services (including site assemblage) and site disposition for large corporate portfolios. Mark has established lasting relationships with clients with many continuing over 25 years. He has a reputation for his superior customer service and is skilled in creatively helping clients establish and build their unique portfolios. Mark has participated in numerous notable projects and developed national and local representation accounts. He actively works with each client to accomplish their unique goals. Professional and Community Activities Mark maintains membership within the following organizations: International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he has attained the certification of Certified Leasing Specialist; CCIM Institute as the former President of the Idaho Chapter of CCIM; and is a member of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce (transportation committee).
