Mark Ravesloot

Mark Ravesloot is a Vice Chairman in CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office. Mr. Ravesloot's primary areas of expertise are formulating real estate strategies, leading corporate acquisition and disposition projects and agency representation assignments. On behalf of tenants, Mr. Ravesloot has been involved in transactions totaling over nine million square feet in New York City and major metropolitan areas nationally. On the agency side, Mr. Ravesloot has been involved in representing projects totaling over 10 million square feet. He was named Agency Executive of the Year for 2001. Mr. Ravesloot has also been the recipient of the Chairman's Award for the past four consecutive years, recognizing achievement at the highest level within the firm, and has been one of the top ten brokers each of those years. Previously, Mr. Ravesloot was a Senior Director at Jones Lang Wootton USA, where he was responsible for running the New York Brokerage Division.
