Originally from Northern Virginia, Mark has called the Myrtle Beach area home for more than 25 years. His knowledge of the local market, combined with the perspective of a longtime business owner and property investor, helps clients evaluate opportunities and make confident real estate decisions. Before entering real estate, Mark spent nearly two decades building and operating successful businesses. His experience included owning 13 Five Guys restaurants. That background taught him how to negotiate, evaluate investments, solve problems quickly and manage complex transactions with many moving parts—skills that translate directly into helping his real estate clients. Mark works with clients purchasing or selling primary residences, vacation homes, investment properties, land and commercial real estate. As an investor himself, he understands that a property must make sense financially as well as personally. Mark and Brian Piercy have been best friends since childhood and have worked together to create a client-first real estate experience built around accessibility, honest advice, modern marketing and consistent follow-through.
