Mark McAllister
Mark McAllister is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in development, asset management, and investment strategy. As Director of Pacific Commercial Properties, the commercial division of The Pacific Companies, he oversees the development, leasing, and management of a diverse national portfolio that includes mixed-use, multifamily, charter school, and municipal projects. His leadership plays a key role in advancing The Pacific Companies’ mission of building impactful, community-focused developments across the United States. In addition to his role at The Pacific Companies, Mark serves as Principal of Sunway Commercial, where he advises select clients on the acquisition, development, and optimization of commercial real estate assets. With a background that spans brokerage, private equity investment, and development, Mark brings a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. His career reflects a commitment to creating value through strategic growth, strong partnerships, and community-driven design. Mark holds a degree from Willamette University, where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He is based in Boise, Idaho.
