Mr. Kousnetz entered the commercial real estate industry after graduating from college. He joined Wayne Mascia Associates in 1993, where he specializes in representing tenants for office, research and development, and manufacturing facilities. Since 1984, Mr. Kousnetz has been responsible for 5,597,673 square feet of leasing and sales valued at $416,113,859. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he holds a broker's license and is consistently a top performer. He graduated from Stanford University in 1981, where he was also a national champion swimmer and member of the NCAA National Champion Stanford water polo team in 1978 and 1980.
