Mark Kapnick

Mark Kapnick is an Executive Vice President and Principal in Lee & Associates NYC office. He specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation. Throughout his career in real estate, Mr. Kapnick has represented many of Manhattan’s premier landlords and completed multiple leasing assignments on behalf of RFR, Vornado, Masterworks, The Lefrak Organization, The Related Companies, Sterling Landlord, and many other prominent New York City landlords. Most recently, he completed a 60,000-square foot deal for Volvo America’s flagship location at the base of the Moinian Group’s newest luxury building, Sky. He has also represented tenants including Bank of America, Mohegan Sun Casino, Equinox. Nobu 57, Circuit City, Sears, Pinkberry, and Oxido Modern Mexican. In 2014, Kapnick, along with his team, received REBNY’s “Most Significant Deal of the Year” Award for The Retail at Bryant Park.
