Mark Jerue

Mark D. Jerue is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. A real estate veteran who commenced his career in 1989, Mr. Jerue has negotiated over 2,500,000 square feet valued in excess of half a billion dollars. Specializing in South Orange County, Mr. Jerue's expertise includes the sale and lease of industrial, research and development, medical and office properties. In addition, Mr. Jerue specializes in property acquisitions on behalf of private and public investors and individuals and in the sale of owner/user opportunities. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Jerue was president and founder of MDJ Investments, a successful real estate syndication business. As the sole owner-operator of MDJ Investments, Mr. Jerue raised nearly $30,000,000 over an eight-year period. Preceding his real estate career, Mr. Jerue played nine years (1982-1990) in the National Football League with the New York Jets and the Los Angeles Rams.
