Mark has seen what an incredible impact multi-family housing can have within a community. In July of 2023, Mark accepted the position of CEO and Partner of Bader. His prior positions with Bader and its management company were President, CEO, CFO and Partner of the development and investment companies, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, team leadership and expert knowledge of the industry. Mark has a keen eye for identifying strategic acquisitions and potential new development projects, delivering deals that align with the company’s long-term goals and interests of stakeholders. With this expertise, he has helped Bader to acquire and develop over $2 billion dollars of multi-family investments, which required attaining over $1.5 billion of debt from agencies, debt funds, banks and life companies. Known for his personable demeanor, exceptional people skills, and dynamic leadership style, Mark fosters a collaborative and energizing corporate culture.
