Mark Hejna

Mark A. Hejna, Sr. is a Vice President and Senior Advisor for SVN | Infinity Commercial Real Estate, based in St. Louis, Missouri. Previously, Hejna had lead the Brokerage Division of Gundaker Commercial Group and project manager for the Gundaker Commercial Group Construction Division. With his more than 28 year’s experience in the St. Louis construction industry, Hejna has overseen several residential, commercial and land development projects. Among Mark’s accomplishments are a 50-unit luxury townhome community, development of 103 acres into residential lots, a 100-acre mixed use development, a 17-acre commercial land development project, land developments of 79 acres and 78 acres into residential lots, and a 140-unit apartment renovation project. With land development as one of Hejna’s top strengths, clients have relied upon his expertise to oversee projects across the St. Louis metro area. Hejna’s specializes in industrial and office brokerage transactions. He continues to focus on land sales and development. Hejna studied at the University of Missouri- St. Louis. His extensive record of achievement has built him a reputation for quality, hard work, persistence and the ability to maintain strong client relationships. Hejna is a firm believer in continuing education and has taken courses in plan review, estimation, code enforcement, business management, American Concrete Institute courses, certification for erosion control, and various computer software application courses. Hejna’s dedication to his career keeps him striving to achieve the highest standard on every project he undertakes. He is a licensed real estate agent, and a member of the St. Louis Engineer’s Club and the American Concrete Institute. He has served as a board member for the Catholic Youth Council.
