Mark Hay

Mark has been a Northern New Jersey resident for most of his life. In 2004 he began his career in commercial real estate property management and by 2006 was selling and leasing real estate. Mark prides himself on engaging in commercial real estate transactions that have a positive impact on their respective communities. Mark has transacted nearly $80 Million dollars in real estate deals in his career. He focuses on commercial Tenant Representation, property listing and investment sales services for his clients. His background also includes 6 years of construction management experience, the results of which he deems to be invaluable knowledge he can provide to his brokerage clients. Mark is an avid community supporter, specifically for both Safe in Hunterdon and Safe and sound in Somerset County, NJ; two safe houses for domestic abuse victims. He believes that learning should be a lifelong practice and is halfway through obtaining his CCIM designation.
