After several years of managing residential property Mark had the opportunity to move into the commercial property management industry. His extensive management experience combined with his excellent communication and public relations skills provided him the opportunity to quickly garner contracts to manage office buildings and retail sites. Mark’s attention to detail and his ability to manage properties of all sizes created great opportunities for him to manage projects in Idaho, Kansas, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas and Utah. Mark has been involved in all aspects of the industry from due diligence to financing and refinancing, acquisitions, and consulting.
