Edge Property Managers, which my wife and I own and operate, is a full-service property management company serving Downtown Pittsburgh and the surrounding neighborhoods. We manage single-family homes, luxury condos, multi-units, commercial properties, Airbnb/VRBO rentals, and warehouse spaces. This hands-on management experience gives me a deep understanding of property valuation, tenant relations, investor goals, and long-term asset management.
