Mark Green

Mark has been actively engaged in commercial real estate and entrepreneurial ventures since 1984. He presently co-owns and operates multiple real estate projects in central Virginia, which include the Historic King Lumber Building, South River Mill, Crozet Shopping Center, Rivanna Plaza, and Main and Tenth. In 1991, Mark established his first company, ECorp Management Associates, offering real estate services to property owners and tenants. He successfully managed over one million square feet of property, facilitated more than 350 leases worldwide, and facilitated property transactions exceeding $124 million for his clients. In 2007, he founded his inaugural Virginia-based company, Rivanna Plaza LLC, focusing on real estate development. In 2016, Mark diversified into the grocery business. Since 1995, Mark has played pivotal roles on the boards of various non-profit organizations and small businesses. Notably, he served as the Chairman of The Charlottesville Venture Group and was instrumental in bringing Startup Weekend to Virginia. His unwavering support for the central Virginia entrepreneurial community remains strong.
