Mark Greco

Mr. Greco is now the Executive Vice President of Stoltz Real Estate Partners. He previously was the Director of Asset Management at CenterSquare where he was responsible for oversight of the due diligence process, execution of the property business plans and operating partner performance. He is also a member of the Private Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining the Company in 1995, Mr. Greco worked for CMS Companies, a Philadelphia-based investment company. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building the asset management department. Mr. Greco was a Senior Group Controller with the Rouse Company, a national retail company based in Columbia, Maryland, where he had primary responsibility for oversight of management, leasing and financial accounting details for a regional mall portfolio. Mr. Greco was a Senior Accountant on the audit staff of Deloitte Haskins and Sells in the New York City and Baltimore offices. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee for CenterSquare’s Private Real Estate Group.
